Print quality is poor on specific ribbon
- Try a different ribbon, the ribbon may not be TTR compliant. For best results use Ribbon Print ribbons
Design is not centred on the ribbon

Always press the feed button after closing print head to ensure the ribbon is aligned correctly

Ensure ribbon is snug between ribbon guides

Ensure correct printer is selected from the print tab

Adjust offset to move the design to left or right

Ribbon Print multi-adaptors increase the tracking of ribbon, ensuring an easier replicated print

- Ensure all elements of the design are completely inside the design window and to the left of the red line.
Ink is bleeding into ribbon

Occasionally some foils (usually blue) will bleed into lower quality ribbons if left for several weeks.

Use Ribbon Print Elan ribbon as it is designed to avoid bleeding
The print is incomplete, patchy or creased
- Clean your print head thoroughly and ensure you are printing at an optimal print head temperature.
Borders are not printing / partially printing on ribbon
- Measure the width of your ribbon, adjust the ribbon width accordingly
Printer starts but then stops abruptly

The printer is not sensing the media, ensure the “eye†of the front sliding sensor is underneath the ribbon then reset the printer, press and hold the feed button until both lights go out.

If issue persists after aligning front sensor. Place a small piece of dark tape over the rear sensor (located under the white rollers)
Medal Print image is faded even at temperature 20
- Slow the printer down to 1 inch per second and reduce the temperature to 18.

Do I have to order via the website?

We accept orders by phone, email or via website
Where do I find my invoice?
When an order is placed on the website, your confirmation email will have an invoice attached
For email, phone and website orders you can select "My Account" from the home page. Select "History and details of my orders" to find your invoice
If you are still unable to locate your invoice, please send an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to forward you an invoice.
My order has not arrived?

Check your dispatch note, if the order was send by courier it will include a tracking number.

For royal mail, orders should be delivered the next day, but occassionaly it can take several days, particularly in peak times.

If the order is more than 48hrs overdue, please call us on +44 (0)203 397 4117 so that we can investigate the issue.
How do I add items to my order without paying for postage again

Please contact us by email or phone to add and pay for additional items, if the order has not been packed we will try to add the additional items to the existing order.

If the originial order has already been packed then the additional items will be sent seperately and postage will apply.
Where is my tracking number?

For UK courier deliveries your tracking number is attached to your dispatch note.

Tracing numbers for International courier deliveries will be sent seperately.

If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us by email and we will be happy to forward it to you.
Will my order be dispatched if I order after 1pm?
- Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. If orders are received after 1pm we try to dispatch same day but cannot guarantee.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
- A dispatch note will be emailed to you once your order has been collected for delivery.
I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
- if the item is unused, please get in contact, we can usually arrange to swap the item.
The wrong item has been delivered?
- Please get in contact, we will arrange for a collection and for the correct product to be sent out.
Items are missing from my order?
- Occassionaly where we are out of stock of some items, we will part dispatch your order. You will receive an email detailing when the remaining items will be dispatched.
